The National Public Safety Innovation Academy (NIA) is a STEM-based 8-week residential command school for law enforcement and corrections mid-managers and above. NIA offers twice a year 8-week residential programs in Florida concentrating on servant leadership, cyber threats, futuristics, predictive analytics, strategic communications, and trauma awareness among other topics.
