The National Public Safety Innovation Academy (NIA) is a STEM-based 8-week residential command school for law enforcement and corrections mid-managers and above. Offered twice a year in Florida, this program concentrates on servant leadership, cyber threats, futuristics, strategic communications, artificial intelligence, and trauma awareness among other topics.
