TRUSTn is a patented Artificial Intelligence (AI) chatbot developed specifically for non-emergency Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR), tips and leads. The chatbot empowers concerned citizens to report public safety threats, and provides law enforcement with higher fidelity, actionable information on individuals, groups, and movements that are likely to engage in violence or illegal activity. Analysis of the chatbot output indicates that it obtains more factual, objective information in real-time than commonly used static means such as web form, paper reports or telephone helpline.
