The National Center for Policing Innovation (NCPI) develops and delivers powerful public safety training and resources throughout the United States. NCPI specializes in the development and implementation of large-scale, national public safety initiatives, as well as customized support for the unique needs of our nation’s local law enforcement agencies and their community partners. NCPI’s services and resources include in-person and web-based training, technical assistance, consulting, digital media production, customized learning management systems, and much more. Having served hundreds of thousands of public safety officers and others nationwide since 1997, NCPI has addressed nearly every public safety topic imaginable, including crisis response, leadership, community engagement, violent crime reduction, crime prevention, problem solving, communications, countering violent extremism, bias-based policing, ethical decision making, organizational change, violence interdiction, drug interdiction, youth gun violence, and many others.
