Commander and International Speaker - Zaka Search and Rescue

Simcha Greiniman is the deputy commander of ZAKA Modi’in Ilit, part of Israel’s renowned emergency response and disaster relief organization. A lifelong humanitarian, he has spent over 30 years leading search-and-rescue efforts around the world, including missions in Bombay, Turkey, and Egypt. Following the October 7, 2023 attacks in Israel, Simcha became a spokesperson for ZAKA in the U.S., raising awareness of the emotional toll on first responders. A carpenter, father, and grandfather, he continues to advocate for emergency responder support and mental health awareness.
