Patrick Esser is the founder of Esser Growth Principles, where he empowers emerging leaders through emotional intelligence and leadership coaching. With over 25 years in law enforcement, he currently serves as Deputy Inspector at a major Wisconsin sheriff’s office. A graduate of the FBI National Academy and National Command and Staff College, Patrick brings high-level expertise in leadership, strategy, and public safety. Throughout his career, Patrick has served in key roles including Commander of the Criminal Investigation Division, Field Training Officer, and SWAT Sniper. Known for his innovation and problem-solving, he’s an award-winning law enforcement professional committed to building strong, engaged communities. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a graduate certificate in Criminal Justice Education, and balances his professional achievements with family life as a husband and father of two.
