Jesenia Alonso, LCSW, is a program manager at the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), overseeing the Collaborative Reform Initiative Technical Assistance Center (CRI-TAC), which partners with the DOJ’s COPS Office to provide tailored training and support to law enforcement agencies nationwide. With over 13 years in victim services and mental health, she has developed innovative trauma-informed programs and delivered training to law enforcement and other professionals. Previously, she led victim resources at the National Center for Victims of Crime and Fairfax County’s Domestic and Sexual Violence Services. Jesenia holds a master’s in social work and is a licensed clinical social worker and certified Clinical Trauma Specialist.
